What is a Wysdom Solution Architect Lead and what will I actually be doing?
As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for taking major technical decisions of building a conversational AI experience via chat & voice on a variety of VA platforms from architecture and integration perspective. You will be leading a team of Implementation Engineers to build & deploy robust chat & voice bots. Your team will collaborate with UX Designers and data scientists to deliver the best AI enabled customer experience.
