You are the right fit if you are a highly energetic and successful Sales Solution Engineer. The successful candidate must be able to show a proven track record of closing / winning deals, as well as meeting or exceeding personal quotas. We are looking for a technical sales professional with knowledge of customer business drivers.The Sales Solution Engineer acts as a trusted advisor and plays an integral part in delivering increased satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost savings to our customers.

This individual serves as the lead advocate for customers; translating technical needs into product development recommendations, testing of customer environments and driving customer demand/features internally. Must be able to understand and articulate Wysdom's advantages to our customers and support the Account Executive when it comes to proposing and designing solutions to our customers biggest VA challenges.

Wysdom is committed to slowing climate change by removing our team's personal commute so has become a fully remote company and this position can be located anywhere in Canada.

As a Sales Solution Engineer you will: 

  • Strategize with the sales team to create customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell Wysdom’s differentiated story
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships. 
  • Continually improve our insights products through performance improvements, new metrics, and visualizations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across multiple customers to solve diverse mission-critical business problems
  • Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s current pains and align to their business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell Wysdom’s differentiated story
  • Partner with customers to design solutions that drive value and significant business impact
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process of Wysdom ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap

About You 

  • Degree in Computer or Data Science, Statistical Analysis, Math and Engineering 
  • Pre-Sales enterprise software experience, skillset to establish trust with clients, and ability to influence key decision makers in the sales cycle 
  • Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs independently and effectively
  • Ability to lead architectural discussions
  • A passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers
  • Experience with ETL tools: Tableau ETL, Airflow 
  • Experience using Excel/Google Sheets 
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
